At Rogue Attitude Clothing we take great pride in producing high quality garments to keep our customers satisfied. If for any reason you are unhappy with any of the items of clothing you have purchased from us, you reserve the right to return your purchase(s) for an exchange or for a refund. *Please note that all SALE items are only eligible for EXCHANGE and CAN NOT be refunded.*
Any items that you wish to return to us must be sent back within 28 days of the original purchase date. If 28 days have passed and we have not received your returns then unfortunately we cannot offer you any exchange or any refund. The items will subsequently be posted back out to you.
When returning any items to us, we require that all items must be unworn and in the exact condition that you received them. This includes being in the original packaging with all tags attached also.

If the instructions you provide are unclear, we will try to contact you via e-mail. If we do not receive a response within 3 working days we will then issue a refund back into your account. If you do not provide any information at all on the original invoice then we will issue a refund back into your account.
We ask that you post any returns back to us using a ‘TRACKED’ or ‘RECORDED’ delivery service. If you have not tracked your parcel back to us then we cannot accept any liability for it should something go wrong with the delivery.
We DO NOT offer free returns. All delivery costs of returning an item to us must be paid by the customer. If however, you are exchanging an item, then these items will be posted out to you by us free of charge.
If you have any problems whatsoever with any items that you receive from us, i.e. faulty item or incorrect size sent then please contact us on the email address below and we will deal with any queries that you may have.
Returns can take up to 10 working days for us to process after we receive your item(s) back with us.
If we accept your refund request, your refund will be processed and paid back into the account from which we received the money or via the original method of payment. We ask that you allow 10 working days from the date that you post the item(s) back to us, for any refund to arrive back into your account. If you send back a sale item to us for a refund, we will issue you with a gift receipt to the value of the items you have returned. The gift receipt will be sent to you via an email and we will use the email address from your original order.
We will be happy to exchange any items for you within 28 days of your original purchase date. Please send your items back to us (returns address can be found below) including your original invoice and by filling out the exchange information provided on the invoice. We aim to to process your exchange and have your new items back to you within 3-4 working days from when we receive the original items.
*Please note that any items you wish to exchange must be in the same condition as they were when you received them. This means being unworn and unwashed, in original packaging and with all tags in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we believe the product has been worn, washed or damaged and also if any of the original packaging or tags are damaged.*
Any items purchased in a sale CAN NOT be returned for a refund. Sale items can only be sent back to us for an exchange provided we receive the items back within 28 days of your original purchase. These items must also be in the same condition that you received them, i.e. in the original packaging and with all tags intact.
DISCOUNT CODES & PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Please be aware, that any discount codes or promotional offers CAN NOT be applied to an order after you have placed the order. When using discount codes and promotional offers, we urge you to check the final amount of your order before proceeding to complete the order and payment process.
If you have not received your refund within 10 working days of posting your item(s) back to us then please do not hesitate to get in contact with us at [email protected] and we will look into the matter as quickly as we can.
Before contacting us, we ask that you please double check your bank account to make sure that you have not received your refund.
